인간 VAR 개인정보처리방침
Haruly Labs(이하 “개발자”)는 인간 VAR: 축구 심판 게임을 운영하며, 게임 제공·품질 개선·광고 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리되는 정보
- 게임 진행도와 최고 점수는 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
- Firebase Analytics를 통해 화면 조회, 게임 진행 및 앱 상호작용 같은 이용 정보와 기기·앱 관련 진단 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- Google Mobile Ads를 통해 광고 데이터, 기기 식별자, 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보가 동의 상태와 지역 설정에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱의 광고 요청은 비개인화 광고로 설정됩니다.
- Game Center를 사용할 경우 Apple이 플레이어 인증, 점수 및 순위 정보를 처리합니다. 개발자는 별도 회원 계정 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적과 외부 서비스
정보는 앱 기능 제공, 공개 순위, 오류·성능 분석, 부정 사용 방지, 광고 제공 및 법적 의무 준수를 위해 사용됩니다. 앱에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되는 Google Mobile Ads와 Firebase, 그리고 Apple의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되는 Game Center가 포함됩니다.
3. 동의와 선택
관련 법률이 요구되는 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 Google의 동의 화면을 제공합니다. 필요한 경우 앱의 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다. 광고는 비개인화 방식으로 요청되며, 앱은 iOS 앱 추적 투명성 권한이 필요한 추적을 수행하도록 설계하지 않았습니다.
4. 보관, 삭제 및 아동
기기 내부 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 제거할 수 있습니다. 외부 서비스의 보관·삭제는 각 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다. 별도 계정이 없어 개발자가 삭제할 개인 계정 데이터는 없으며, 문의가 있으면 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 앱은 관련 법률상 보호자 동의가 필요한 아동을 대상으로 제작되지 않았습니다.
5. 문의 및 변경
기능 또는 법령 변경 시 이 방침을 갱신하고 시행일을 표시합니다.
Human VAR Privacy Policy
Haruly Labs processes only the information needed to provide, improve, measure, and monetize Human VAR: Referee Game.
Information and purposes
- Game progress and best scores are stored locally on the device.
- Firebase Analytics may process screen views, game interactions, and app/device diagnostics for analytics and product improvement.
- Google Mobile Ads may process advertising data, device identifiers, coarse location, ad interactions, and diagnostics depending on consent and regional settings. The app requests non-personalized ads.
- When Game Center is used, Apple processes player authentication, scores, and leaderboard data. We do not operate a separate account server.
These services are used for app functionality, public leaderboards, analytics, security, advertising, and legal compliance. See Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
Choices, retention, and contact
Where required, a Google consent form is shown before requesting ads and privacy choices can be reopened in the app. Ads are requested as non-personalized, and the app is not designed to perform tracking that requires iOS App Tracking Transparency permission. Local data can be removed by deleting the app. Third-party retention is governed by each provider's policy. The app is not directed to children who require parental consent under applicable law.
